This blend is made with a combination of relaxing herbs that ease physical and mental tension, while also supporting our digestive processes. Chamomile (Chamomilla recutita) is a bitter nervine herb that can ease mental tension and is also a carminative herb that relaxes gut spasm and tension. Blue Vervain (Verbena hastata) is an herb that excels at relaxing muscular tension, especially in the neck/shoulders. Lavender is a gentle, comforting bitter herb with sedative properties in larger doses.
